New Field Turf Being Installed Rapidly
August 09, 2005 | Cowboy Football
The new field turf being installed in Boone Pickens Stadium is coming to a completion very quickly. Crews have been working on the turf since Saturday, August 6th and have almost completely gone from one end to the other in only three days. The sidelines and logos still need to be installed for the project to come to a completion.
Keep checking back with okstate.com for updated pictures of the new playing surface for the Cowboy Football team in 2005. While the field turf is being installed, all Cowboy Football practices continue to be held on the natural grass practice fields on the other side of the Athletics Center off of Duck Street. Fans may continue to view practice until August 17th.
