Carroll has gotten better each season and could play a significant role in 2005. 2004: Trumain did not see any game action. 2003: Carroll played in five games and recorded five tackles, including one for loss. 2002: Carroll played in two games in the regular season and made two tackles. He notched a sack against SMU for a nine-yard loss. 2001: His redshirt season at Oklahoma State. High School: Carroll was a late bloomer for Elkins High School in Fort Bend, Texas. He did not make a lot of the preseason lists, but had over 100 tackles as a senior and earned his way to All-Greater Houston honors and second-team all-district plaudits. Houston and Rice recruited him, among others. Personal: Born Oct. 14, 1982, in Houston, Texas, he is the son of Kenneth Carroll of Missouri City. He has two sisters, Ashlon and Kaylon. Trumain is majoring in business at Oklahoma State.
