Willis is a veteran fullback with 13 career starts under his belt and a reputation for being a hard-hitting and effective blocker. 2004: Willis rushed the ball 39 times for 175 yards and three scores in 12 games a year ago. He carried the ball five times for a career-high 47 yards against Texas Tech. He tied his career highs in carries with seven and touchdowns with two against Baylor. He carried the ball once for three yards against Texas and carried the ball twice for nine yards in the win over Missouri. He had two rushes for a yard and caught a pass for nine yards in the loss to Texas A&M. He carried the ball five times for 39 yards in the win over Colorado. Willis had a career high seven carries for 19 yards against Iowa State and had a one yard TD run in his only carry against SMU. He ran the ball three times for five yards against Tulsa and carried the ball three times for five yards while also posting a career-long 18 yard reception in the win over UCLA. 2003: Willis played in all 13 games and had seven starts. His 2003 statistics included 31 carries for 149 yards and five touchdowns. He had his best game against Baylor when he carried the ball eight times for 47 yards, both career highs, and two touchdowns. Shawn rushed four times for 25 yards and a touchdown against Kansas. He caught one pass for 12 yards while also rushing three times for seven yards against Texas. Shawn caught a three yard pass and rushed three times for nine yards against OU, and caught a one yard pass against A&M. He produced several crushing blocks as the lead blocker for Tatum Bell. Willis rushed twice for five yards and caught one pass for 17 yards against Texas Tech, and rushed once for three yards against KSU. Shawn rushed three times for nine yards and caught one pass for four yards against SMU. He rushed once for five yards while catching three passes for 27 yards against SMS. He scored a two yard touchdown on his first career rush against Wyoming, and added a 13 yard score as well against Cowboys. 2002: Willis played in three games and made one tackle against SMU as a defensive end. 2001: His redshirt season at Oklahoma State. High School: Shawn was a four-year letterman in football at Flatonia High School. He also lettered four years in basketball and three years in track.
