Cowboys Conclude Practice Before the Final Scrimmage
April 07, 2005 | Cowboy Football
Oklahoma State's football team concluded spring practice with a light workout that did not include shoulder pads.
OSU dressed in just shorts and a jersey today and left the pads on the sideline. The cowboys went over fundamentals to get ready for the scrimmage on Saturday.
“Today we got a lot of work done on our base plays, and getting kids lined up in base personnel groups,” associate head coach Joe DeForest said.
The scrimmage on Saturday will be a lot of situations and scenarios, but the staff also plans to turn the team loose and let them go play. The scrimmage will begin at 11:45 a.m. and is open to the public.
