Soccer Continues Spring Season With Three Wins

Oklahoma State's women's soccer team returned to action on Saturday and posted three wins following a month-long break from games.

The Cowgirls defeated UCO 2-0 in the first contest behind goals from Jesy Rosholt and Candice Byler. Jeanne Rankin and Erin Stigler split time in goal.

OSU posted a another shutout in game two, turning NSU away 1-0. Byler scored her second goal of the day and Breanna Truelove went the distance in net.

In the final contest of the day the Cowgirls defeated Oral Roberts, 3-1. Byler connected on her third goal of the day and Cassie Lewis and Adriane Radtke chipped in with the final two scores of the contest. Jeanne Rankin and Breanne Truelove split time in goal.

The Cowgirls return to action on Sunday, April 3, hosting the Oklahoma ODP 88 squad and Tulsa at the Cowgirl Soccer Complex. Play begins at 11 a.m. with the Cowgirls taking on the ODP team at 12:30 p.m. and Tulsa at 5 p.m. Admission is free.
