Cowboys Headed to Big 12 Championships

Oklahoma State's men's track team travels to Lincoln, Neb., this weekend to compete in the Big 12 Championships.

The Cowboys will be lead by Ryan Vail. The freshman from Gresham, Ore., finished sixth in the Junior National qualifying meet. That made him the first Cowboy to ever make the U.S. Junior National Team.

The meet will be hosted by Nebraska at Bob Devaney Sports Center Track in Lincoln. The Huskers won the conference indoor championships a year ago. The two-day event will kick off Friday at 9:30 a.m.
