The Patriots improved to 3-2 on the season, while the Cowboys fell to 4-3.
Dallas Baptist scored four runs in the second inning and knocked OSU starter (0-1) out of the contest. The junior righthander allowed four runs, two earned, on six hits in 1.2 innings of work.
