2004: Was a three-year starting catcher at Virginia Commonwealth ... batted .223 with six homers and 31 RBIs ... started in 51 of 54 games played ... threw out 17 of 63 base runners attempting to steal ... finished his VCU career with 166 starts in 171 games played.
2003: Named first-team All-Colonial Athletic Association ... started in 55 contests with a .332 batting average ... was second on the team with 50 RBIs ... also had 17 doubles, one triple and eight homeruns ... hit two doubles in a single game at Delaware and went 3-for-4 at the plate...in a win over Western Carolina, went 3-for-4 at the NCAA Tournament ... during game two of the NCAA Tournament, hit two homeruns against North Carolina State in a 4-3 heartbreaker ... received VaSID Honorable Mention accolades.
