Cowgirls to Host Jamboree

Oklahoma State's women's cross country team will host the 68th annual Cowboy Jamboree Saturday.

The Cowgirls have had a successful 2004 Fall season having won at the Hurricane Cross Country Festival, and at the Wildcat Invitational.

Freshman Mary Davies has shown that she is one of top runners in the Big 12. Davies has finished first and second in the two meets for the Cowgirls this year.

The Cowgirls will be racing their “B team.” Featured will be seniors Lisa Bowles and Jennifer Fedick, sophomores Jennifer Edwards and Andrea Gagan, and freshman Daryl Round,

The Jamboree will be held at the Oklahoma State Cross Country Course. The JUCO women start at 8 a.m. and are followed by the University women at 9:10 a.m.
