Blomkvist Wins the Swedish Junior National Championship

STILLWATER, Okla. Â— Oklahoma State freshman Kim Blomkvist took first-place in the Swedish Junior National Championship in Borlange, Sweden on August 13th. Blomkvist, a native of Strangnas, Sweden, completed the 1,500m distance in 4:37.

Blomkvist will be starting her freshman cross country season this fall. She will then compete in the 3,000m in indoor track, and also the 1,500m in the outdoor track season.
