2003: Holland came in as a junior college transfer and started 12 of OSU's 13 games at free safety. He finished fifth on the team with 69 tackles, with three interceptions and two pass breakups. He made four solo stops against Baylor and recorded three tackles with a pass breakup against Kansas. Holland finished with six total stops against Texas and made five tackles against Oklahoma, but left the game in the first half with an injury and did not return. He tied for the team lead with eight tackles and a pass breakup against A&M. Jon recorded his second-career interception and finished with four tackles against Texas Tech. He made five tackles against Kansas State and added one stop against ULL. He contributed three tackles against SMU and notched six tackles against SMS. He had five primary tackles against Wyoming and in his first start in his first game in an OSU uniform, led the Cowboys with 13 tackles and an interception in the loss to Nebraska.
NEO: Jon was a two-year starter for Dale Patterson at NEO, and led the Norse defense in tackles in 2002. Jon also returned 19 punts for 121 yards, an average of 6.4 yards per return. He was first-team all-conference as a sophomore and played on an 11-1 NEO team that won the Red River Bowl. Jon was ranked as the 22nd-best junior college defensive back in the country, and the 137th overall juco prospect according to CollegeFootballNews.com.
High School: Jon was outstanding at John Marshall High School where he was a three-year starter and earned All-State and all-district honors as a senior.
Personal: Born Dec. 13, 1980, Jon is the son of Kerry Stevenson and Jenell Cook. Jon is majoring in education at Oklahoma State, and also enjoys basketball and church-related activities.
