2003: Coxeff played in seven regular-season games and the SBC Cotton Bowl as a true freshman. He recorded nine tackles with an interception and two pass breakups on the year.
High School: Ricky was a three-year starter at cornerback for North Shore High School. He was second-team All-Greater Houston and second-team All-State after his senior season. He had two interceptions in 2002, both of which he returned for touchdowns. He also had a 97-yard kickoff return for a touchdown in a playoff game against Aldine Eisenhower. As a junior, Ricky was a first-team all-district selection after finishing with seven interceptions. He was also recruited by Mississippi State, Arizona, Iowa State and Wisconsin.
Personal: Born July 29, 1985, Ricky is the son of Ricky and Harriet Coxeff. He has two older sisters, Larecca and Chere; and an older brother, Syron. Ricky is undecided on his major at Oklahoma State.
