2003: Francis played in two games and recorded one tackle.
NEO: Paul was a starting corner at NEO for two seasons. He helped lead the Golden Norsemen to an 11-1 record and a Red River Bowl win over Erie Community College in 2001. Paul was ranked as the 23rd-best junior college defensive back in the country in 2002, and the 139th overall juco prospect according to CollegeFootballNews.com. He had three interceptions as a freshman.
High School: At Eisenhower High School in Lawton, Paul was one of the top defensive backs in the state. He was All-State according to both the Daily Oklahoman and Oklahoma Coaches' Association, and a top-20 prospect by First Down Publications.
Personal: Born Oct. 6, 1982, Paul is the son of Paul and Sheila Francis. He has a brother, Terrence, and two sisters, Sheika and Mesha. Paul is majoring in education at Oklahoma State, and enjoys playing sports, hanging out with friends and shopping in his spare time.
