2003: Mowarin started the final three games of the regular season and played in 11 of OSUs 12 regular season games plus the Cotton Bowl against Ole Miss. He finished with 18 total tackles, including three for minus six yards.
at NEO: Mowarin was a big part of NEOs football success his sophomore season. He was named honorable mention all-conference and was a two-year starter for the Golden Norse.
High School: Efe played for Memorial High School in Tulsa, where he was named All-State by both the Tulsa World and Oklahoma Coaches Association. He was listed as an all-metro player, and ranked as a top-20 prospect in Oklahoma by First Down Publications.
Personal: Born Nov. 25, 1981, Efe is the son of Walter Mowarin and Julieatt Littlejohn. He has a brother, Terrel, and a sister, G.T. Efe is majoring in education at Oklahoma State
