OSU Olympians to Be Tested at the Titan Games

The format of the event is a round robin between the three competing countries. Georgia and Spain will be competing against the United States.
Eric Guerrero, Jamill Kelly and Daniel Cormier will receive a stiff test from the world's best wrestlers in preparation for the Olympic Games in Athens.
Guerrero, the strength and conditioning coach for the OSU wrestling team, is coming off of a gold medal that he won at the 2003 World Cup. He took 10th at the 2003 World Championships. Guerrero will compete at 132 lbs.
Kelly, administrative assistant for the wrestling program at OSU, won a silver medal at the 2003 Pan American games and will compete for the United States at 145.5 lbs.
Cormier, the OSU club coach, will compete at 211.5 lbs. He took fifth-place at that weight in the 2003 World Championships
The United States freestyle wrestling team will face Spain beginning on June 19 at 7 p.m. at Philips Arena. The team will take on defending world champion Georgia on June 20 at 7 p.m.
