Ty Wright Propels Oklahoma State Past Nebraska 7-4

The Cowboys snapped a four-game losing streak to the Huskers and improved to 30-15 and 13-5 in Big 12 action, while NU fell to 30-15 and 9-10 in league play.
Rusty Ryal opened the Poke half of the inning with a single to left, before Wright hit a line shot into the left field screen to put OSU up 2-1.
The Huskers rallied to tie the game in the second on a RBI double by Daniel Bruce and the score stood at 2-2 until the bottom of the fifth.
Rod Allen led off the inning with a double to left and would later score on a single by Ryal. Wright then followed with his second homer of the night off of
OSU added two more runs in the seventh on a Scott Kirby single to extend the lead to 7-2.
Thomas Cowley (4-2) picked up his third conference win at home this season after allowing two runs on four hits with 10 strikeouts in 7.1 innings of work.
Kroenke (7-2) was charged with the loss after allowing all seven runs on 10 hits in 6.1 innings of work.
Wright had the Cowboys first multi-homer game of the season and finished 3-for-5 with four RBIs on the night.
