Oklahoma State's women's soccer team has been invited to play the Brazilian National Team on Thursday, April 15, at the Harold Patterson Complex in Arlington, Texas.
The contest will serve as a preparation match for Brazil before it takes on the United States National Team in Birmingham, Ala., on April 24. Brazil will also face Texas A&M while in the United States.
“We have been given an opportunity that is most likely a once in a lifetime opportunity for these players,” stated head coach Karen Hancock. “We look forward to the experience of getting to play against such a high-level of competition.”
Brazil is ranked sixth in the world according to the most current FIFA World Rankings.
