Prickett Takes First in Shot Put

Senior Halee Prickett recorded a first place finish in the shot put with a distance of 47'02” at the John Jacobs Invitational in Fayetteville, Ark. this past weekend.
With a distance of 175 feet, senior Delisa McClain placed second in the hammer throw. Senior Misy Layne Carey set a personal best in the hammer throw with a toss of 139 feet.
The Cowgirls will return to action when they head to the Kansas Relays on April 15.
