March 04, 2004 | Cowboy Football
The first of OSU's 15 allowed spring workouts is scheduled to begin at 3:10 p.m., and is open to the public. Fans planning to attend Friday's workout are reminded that, because of construction, only the north side of the stadium will be open.
It will be a busy weekend for Oklahoma State with workouts scheduled for Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Saturday's workout will begin at 9:10 a.m., while Sunday's session will start at 4:10 p.m. All three weekend workouts are open to the public.
Oklahoma State is coming off a 2003 season that produced a record tying nine regular season wins and the school's second ever Cotton Bowl appearance. Head Coach Les Miles, entering his fourth season, will welcome 54 returning lettermen and 17 returning starters.
After the first three workouts (Friday, Saturday and Sunday), the Cowboys will practice Monday and Wednesday of next week with both workouts closed to the public. After taking spring break off, workouts are scheduled to resume on March 22 and conclude on Saturday, April 10.
Open workouts in March include the three this weekend plus Monday, March 22 and Saturday, March 27. The open workout in April is Saturday, April 10.
All practice dates and times are tentative and subject to change without prior notice.
