Cowboys Roll Past Setson, 17-3

The Cowboys (7-2) won for the fifth consecutive time while the Hatters fell to 5-3.
With Oklahoma State leading 3-2 in the top of the second, catcher Jason Jaramillo hit a three-run home run to give the Cowboys a 6-2 lead. OSU then broke the game open with five runs in each the fourth and fifth innings. Leftfielder Scott Kirby hit a three-run triple in the fourth and Ty Wright added a two-run single in the fifth.Third baseman Josh Fields finished the day 4-for-5 with four runs scored.
Every Cowboy starter had a hit in the game and rightfielder Rod Allen was a homer away from hitting for the cycle.
Stetson's Bryan Zenchyk went 2-for-3 with an RBI double to lead the Hatters. He and Joe Kurelic extended their hitting streaks to eight games.
John Forrest (1-0) worked 5.2 innings of relief to earn the victory, while Ryan Dixon (0-1) suffered the loss.
Oklahoma State will close out the tournament against Virginia Tech tomorrow at 11 a.m. The Hokies defeated South Florida 4-3 earlier on Saturday and are 1-1 on the year.
