Cowboys Hold Final Practice In Pads

“We've had long, physical practices this week but it is time to cut back,” stated fourth-year head coach Les Miles. “We have scaled back practices as we prepare for the game and we are anxious to take the field on Wednesday.”
Following practice, five Cowboys; Donovan Woods, Billy Bajema, Sam Mayes, Chris Akin, Vernand Morency, and offensive coordinator Mike Gundy participated in a press conference at the Marriott Riverwalk.
Tonight the Cowboys will appear at the Sylvania Alamo Bowl Pep Rally and then travel to the Villita Assembly Hall for the Sylvania Alamo Bowl Team Fiesta.
Oklahoma State continues bowl week festivities with the Fargo Alamo Bowl Kickoff Luncheon on Tuesday. Later that afternoon, the Cowboys will take the field at the Alamodome for pictures and a short walkthrough.
The week culminates on Wednesday when Oklahoma State takes on Ohio State at 7 p.m. in the Mastercard Alamo Bowl.
