Cowboy Football Continues Countdown To Alamo Bowl

“It was a great day to practice. Our guys came out in great spirits and with lively attitudes, commented head coach Les Miles. “We really enjoyed today's practice, it was just what we needed.”
At 4 p.m. today five Cowboys; Jamie Thompson, Pagitte McGee, Darnell Smith, Vernon Grant, Clay Coe, and defensive coordinator Bill Clay will participate in a press conference at the Marriott Riverwalk. Tonight the team will travel to the SBC Center to watch the Spurs and Celtics.
Monday's schedule features a FCA breakfast in the Marriott Rivercenter. After a closed practice that afternoon, select players and offensive coordinator Mike Gundy will take part in a press conference at the media hotel.
Cowboy fans are encouraged to attend the Sylvania Alamo Bowl Pep Rally at the Arneson River Theatre at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. Following the pep rally the team will attend the Sylvania Alamo Bowl Team Fiesta.
