Cowboys Win Three Titles in the Oklahoma Open

NORMAN, Okla. Â— Oklahoma State's wrestling team won three individual titles at the Oklahoma Open at the Howard McCasland Field House in Norman today.

Nathan Morgan won his third open title this month. Morgan defeated Central Oklahoma's Jared Henning, 7-5, in the finals.

Newly McSpadden and Brandon Mason each won their respective weight classes. Mcspadden won by a decision, while Mason recorded a technical fall in the first period to claim his title.

Ryan Davis reached the finals, but forfeited his match due to an injury he sustained during his semifinal win.

The Cowboys will be back in action when they take the mat against Minnesota on Sunday, Dec. 5 at 2 p.m. inside the Sports Pavilion in Minneapolis, Minn.
