Davies Earns Big 12 Honors

STILLWATER, Okla. - For the first time of her career, Oklahoma State freshman Mary Davies was named Big 12 Conference Runner of the Week, that was announced on Tuesday.
Davies over the weekend brought home the first-place medal from the Triton Classic, in San Diego, Calif. The freshman ran the 6k race in a time of 21:21.7, and helped the Cowgirls capture another first-place title for the second time of the season.
The Cowgirls will now prepare for the Big 12 Championships in Topeka, Kan., and will once again look to see Davies atop of the leader board.
