 Junior Daniel McLemore made his first start of the season at the left cornerback position in place of Darrent Williams.
 Junior Corey Curtis made his first start along the offensive line since his freshman season, when he started five contests. He started at the left guard spot. His last start was Oct. 12, 2002, vs. Kansas State.
 Tailback Vernand Morency's 58-yard TD run was his longest sprint of the season and his seventh touchdown run of the year. It is also the longest rush by a Cowboy this season. Morency scored his eighth rushing touchdown of the year in the second quarter, marking his third multiple-TD game of the season.
 With 165 yards, Morency has now gone over the 100-yard mark for the fifth-straight game and seventh-consecutive regular-season contest.
 With 109 yards at halftime, Morency has gone over the century mark prior to intermission in three of five games this season.
 Oklahoma State scored on its opening possession for just the second time this season. The first was against UCLA in the season opener.
 Today marked the third-consecutive game that the Cowboy defense held its opponent scoreless in the first half.
 Today's win marks OSU's first victory over Colorado in Boulder since 1988. The Buffs had won five consecutive over the Pokes at Folsom Field.
 Oklahoma State has scored 30 or more points in all five games this season.
 OSU's 28-point victory was the biggest margin by Oklahoma State over Colorado since 1980, when the Cowboys defeated the Buffaloes, 42-7.
 This is the first time since 1997 that Oklahoma State has started 5-0 on the season and 2-0 in league play.
 Today marks the first time since 1988 that Oklahoma State has had a 100-yard rusher in its first five games.
 Senior John Wohlgemuth made his first appearance at wide reciever this season late in the first quarter.
 Punter Cole Farden's 63-yard boot early in the second quarter was his longest of the season.
 Fullback Shawn Willis' 13-yard carry late in the second quarter was his longest of the season. He equaled long midway through the fourth quarter.
 Quarterback Donovan Woods' 58-yard TD throw to Prentiss Elliott was the longest throw of his career. It was also Elliott's second touchdown reception of the season.
 Lineback Paul Duren's interception in the third quarter was his first-career INT. He later returned another oskie 34 yards for a TD. That marked Oklahoma State's first defensive touchdown of the season.
 Flanker Luke Frazier's 20-yard touchdown reception with 1:33 remaining in the third quarter was his first-career score.
 Wide receiver D'Juan Woods' 53-yard TD catch was the longest reception of his career.
 Donovan Woods' 193 yards are a career best in a single game.
 Freshman defensive end Nathan Peterson recorded his team-leading fourth sack of the season.
 Cornerback Robert Jones equaled his career best with nine stops vs. Colorado. He set the mark vs. Louisiana-Lafayette last season.
