Radtke Earns Big 12 Newcomer of the Week Honors

Oklahoma State midfielder Adriane Radtke earned Big 12 Newcomer of the Week honors for the second consecutive week, it was announced Tuesday by the conference office.
Radtke continued her high offensive output as the Cowgirls dominated their opponents over the weekend, defeating Vermont, 4-0, and McNeese State, 8-0.
The Munich, Germany, native leads the Cowgirls with 10 goals and 26 points, the most scored by a freshman since 1996. Radtke has scored in every contest this year, good for a six-game streak and tying the longest scoring streak in program history.
Radtke had a hat trick vs. Vermont and added a goal and an assist against McNeese State for nine points on the week. Radtke is currently averaging a Big 12-leading 4.33 points per game and 1.67 goals per outing.
Oklahoma State (6-0) hosts Tulsa Friday at 7 p.m. at the Cowgirl Soccer Complex.
