Cowboy MVP: There's only a little over two weeks before the season opener. Are you looking forward to the upcoming season?

Brad Girtman: I don't know how to say it. I'm overwhelmed. I can't wait until the first game. It's against one of my favorite college teams, and I can't wait to beat them.

Cowboy MVP: What players do you think will surprise people this fall?

Brad Girtman: Everybody. Nobody expects that we are working this hard and fighting every day the way that we have been. I think we are going to come out and surprise a lot of people.

Cowboy MVP: Do you model yourself after any other player?

Brad Girtman: Kevin Williams.

Cowboy MVP: What do you enjoy doing when you're not playing football?

Brad Girtman: Eating and sleeping.

Cowboy MVP: What is your favorite food?

Brad Girtman: I like all food. I'm not picky at all. Everything looks good to me.

Brad Girtman: Houston

Brad Girtman: The people and the coaches.
