Director of Baseball Operations Trent Petrie

Prior to his stint at Clarendon, Petrie was an assistant coach at Hill Junior College in Hillsboro, Texas. He helped guide the team to three regional appearances, including a NJCAA College World Series showing in 1997.
Petrie began his coaching career at Waylan Baptist college in 1995 and stayed there for two seasons.
He began his playing career as an infielder at Hill JC from 1989-91 and was named to the JUCO All-Star team in 1991. He transferred to Texas Tech in 1992 and played one season under Larry Hays and Frank Anderson before closing out his collegiate career in 1993 at Lubbock Christian. He was an all-district performer in his senior season at LC.
Petrie and his wife, Kim, have a nine-year old daughter, Summer, and a five-year old daughter, Payge.
