2002: Burrough started four games at fullback before suffering a season-ending arm injury against Texas A&M. He finished the year with 16 rushes for 26 yards along with eight receptions for 49 yards. Saw limited action against Texas A&M before suffering the injury. Sat out the Nebraska game with a sprained ankle. Sprained an ankle in the first half and did not return against Kansas State. Caught one pass for two yards against Texas. Rushed eight times for 11 yards against SMU. Caught three passes for 25 yards out of the backfield against UCLA and rushed the ball once for two yards. Had five rushes for nine yards against Northern Iowa and caught one pass for five yards. Made his fifth-career start against Louisiana Tech and finished with two rushes for four yards and three receptions for 17 yards against the Bulldogs.
2001: Played in all 11 Oklahoma State games and gained starts against Northwestern State and Texas. His 2001 statistics included 16 carries for 37 yards.
2000: Played in all 11 games during the season and started two. His starts came in the first two games of the season against Tulsa and Southwest Texas. His final numbers included 22 carries for 69 yards.
1999: Earned a medical redshirt after suffering an injury during the first game of the season. Had five carries for 10 yards in two games.
High School: Two-year starter at Westmoore High School and an outstanding fullback prospect. Carried the ball 176 times for 1,379 yards and 19 touchdowns as a high school senior. He averaged an amazing 7.8 yards per carry and finished the season without fumbling the ball a single time. He is Westmoores all-time leading rusher with 2,383 yards and the schools all-time leading scorer with 32 touchdowns. Over 700 of his yards came after initial contact. He was an Oklahoma Coaches' Association All-State selection and a Daily Oklahoman All-City pick. Ranked as one of the top-25 football prospects in Oklahoma by First Down Recruiting, he also won the state wrestling championship at 215 pounds. He chose Oklahoma State over Oklahoma, Kansas State and TCU.
Personal: Born April 13, 1981, in Oklahoma City, he is the son of Azalia Burrough. He has two older brothers, Jonathon and Benjamin. Jonathan played tight end for New Mexico. His cousins, Elbert and Marcus Craig, are also on the Oklahoma State squad. Tim is majoring in general business at Oklahoma State.
