Jesse Jackson
July 03, 2003 | Cowboy Football
Jesse will head into the 2003 season with valuable playing time already under his belt, and apparently ready to make a significant contribution. He has great size and speed, plus the ability to both block and catch the football. He will team with Billy Bajema and Charlie Johnson to give the Cowboys a significant one-two-three combination at tight end.
2002: Jackson saw action in eight games, mainly in two or three tight end sets.
2001: Redshirt season at Oklahoma State. Jackson attended Bethel College for two years before transferring to OSU.
High School: Lettered one year as a tight end at Berryhill High School. Was a four-year letterwinner in basketball and was All-State in that sport. Also lettered one season in baseball as a pitcher.
Personal: Born Nov. 22, 1981, Jesse is the son of Dan and Dianna Jackson. He has two brothers, Danny and Dylan, and two sisters, Jona and Calli. Jesse is majoring in heath promotions at Oklahoma State.
