Oklahoma State's Track Teams Compete at Penn Relays

Oklahoma State's track teams competed well during the first two days of competition at the Penn Relays.

Cowgirl freshman Jenny Framme won the 3,000-meter run with a time of 9:22.07. OSU's 4x400-meter relay team, consisting of Tracyan Baker, Andrene Thompson, Marella Dozovado and Sherita Jackson, placed third (3:41.90) in the championship race. Louisiana State won the 4x100-meter relay. OSU's relay team ran a 46.63.

In the 5,000-meter run, Oklahoma State's Elphonso Curley finished with a 14:59.65 time. The Cowboy 4x100-meter relay team of Alex Dzitrie, Eugene Asare-Mensah, Anthony McMillon and Edmond Nartey ran a 43.93.

Oklahoma State's men's and women's teams will compete in the 4x1,500-meter relay on Saturday.
