Freshman Cat Clifford will be running in her first 10,000-meter at the Drake Relays in Des Moines, Iowa. She is scheduled to run on Thursday at 6:40 p.m.
Coach Catrina Acosta is taking Sara Wells, Siri Alfheim, and Marie Nilsson to Philadelphia, Pa., where they will compete in the Penn Relays.

Siri Alfheim is also scheduled to run in the 5,000-meter. She ran this event in the Stanford Invitational and posted a team best time of 16:56.40.
Marie Nilsson, one of two Cowgirls to run last weekend, is slated to run in the 3,000-meter. Last weekend in California, she competed in the 800-meter and the 1,500-meter where she posted times of 2:16.11 and 4:38.12. She has yet to compete this year in the 3,000-meter distance.
The Cowgirls have two more meets on their schedule before they head to College Station, Texas for the Big 12 Championships.
