Cowgirl Track Hosts, Competes in OSU Duals

All-American Alexandra Lindquist finished the 400m dash in 61.38, allowing her the fifth-place overall finish. Freshman Sara Kofoed finished in seventh place in 64.14. Freshman Marie Nilsson's 64.99 finish gave her the No. 8 spot. Freshman Lisa Bowles finished in 68.24, in 10th place.
Siri Alfheim, a graduate student from Norway, competed in the 800m for the first time this season, and finished second. Her 2:17.89 time, was just .07 away from the event's winner, Tulsa's April Johnson. All-American Sara Wells finished the 800m race in 2:22.13, placing fifth. Freshman Ashley Pfeffer finished in sixth place with a time of 2:23.65. Senior Araceli Davila finished in 2:28.16 with a 10th place finish. Freshman Sharalee Sparks was next, finishing 11th in 2:30.83. Freshman Joanna Fedick earned her 12th place finish by running 2:34.05. Catherine Clifford finished in 2:40.93, good enough for a 14th place result.
Freshman Janine Brown held her own in the 3,000m run, running a 10:46.59 with a fifth-place finish. Cowgirl Camille Herron's 11:34.98 time gave her the seventh place finish.
OSU's "A" relay team finished sixth in the 4X400m relay in 4:17.22.
