Porter's Request For Reinstatement Denied

Oklahoma State University has been informed that its request for a waiver of satisfactory progress rules for Alvin Porter has been denied.
The Division I Committee on Satisfactory Progress Waivers met Tuesday and officially informed the University of its decision Wednesday morning.
"The University will continue to do everything possible to resolve this issue and will exhaust any available appeals procedures," said Rick Allen, Assistant Athletic Director for Compliance.
