OSU Offers Alamo Bowl Packages

"With this being the Cowboys' first bowl game in many years, we are expecting a record attendance from O-State alumni, students and friends." said Jerry Gill, executive director of the OSU Alumni Association. "The university community and all OSU alumni are very excited about going to San Antonio. We also want to extend a heartfelt congratulations to the coaching staff and all the players -- we're proud of them."
To assist Cowboy fans with their travel arrangements, the OSU Alumni Association and OSU POSSE have opened a bowl hotline. The toll free hotline number is 1-888-678-5249 for callers outside of the Stillwater area. The hotline will be open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Fans may choose from either an air or land package to San Antonio. Both official OSU packages are for three nights and include game ticket, transportation, lodging, pregame party, transfers, information desk and tour escort. Fans interested in only the pregame party may also order their tickets through the bowl hotline. Additional information my be found at the OSU bowl game web site: www.okstate.edu/alumni/
"We encourage all alumni, fans and students to purchase their bowl tickets through the OSU ticket office," said Jarrod Noftsger, director of Alumni Programs. "This helps OSU sell its allotment of tickets and gives OSU the most financial benefit."
In addition to the Alumni/POSSE bowl trip, the OSU Student Government Association and Student Alumni Board have put together a two-night student tour package. The package is available to all current OSU students and includes lodging, game ticket and bus transportation to San Antonio. Interested students interested may call 1-888-743-4321 for reservations.
