Cowgirls Compete At Pomona-Pitzer Invitational

The two-day event ran from 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. each day with more than 2000 athletes competing in running and field events.
Four cowgirls managed to finish in the top ten while others continued to improve in their individual events. Competing in the running events for OSU were sophomore Alison Erzinger, who placed 9th in the 400 meter dash with a time of 56.56 and senior Alexandria Lindquist with a seventh place finish in the 1500 meter run, respectively.
Cowgirls competing in the field events included sophomore Adrienne Crenshaw who placed fourth in the triple jump, sophomore Paula Ogunbanjo who placed fifth in the long jump, junior Halee Prickett placing 26th and 69th in shot put and the hammer throw and sophomores Delissa McClain and Kendra love placing 35th and 59th in the discus throw, respectively.
