Spring Drills End Friday
April 19, 2003 | Cowboy Football
Oklahoma State's 15th and final football workout of the spring is set for Friday afternoon on Lewis Field.
The Cowboys are scheduled to go through their final session at 3:30 p.m. The workout is open to the public, free of charge.
O-State is wrapping up its third spring under Head Coach Les Miles and the Cowboys are riding the momentum from last year's 8-5 finish and Houston Bowl championship over Southern Miss.
Friday's football workout is just one of the weekend events that will be attended by former OSU lettermen in Stillwater for the annual O-Club weekend. The former players have a golf outiing planned, as well as a Saturday morning brunch.
Oklahoma State's 2003 football season will begin on August 30 when the Cowboys travel to Lincoln to face the Cornhuskers. OSU's first Lewis Field appearance of the 2003 season is set for Sept. 6 against Wyoming.
Season tickets for the 2003 season are still available by calling the Athletic Ticket Office at 1-877-ALL-4OSU, or by visiting the Athletic Ticket Office in the OSU Athletics Center.
