2001: The only game he wasnt in the starting lineup was against Louisiana Tech, early in the season. He was honorable mention All-Big 12 by the league coaches.
2000: Started all 11 games at left tackle. Improved not only on the field, but got bigger and stronger. Named a second team Verizon Academic All-American.
1999: Played extensively all season and became a starter ahead of the Kansas State game. He started against K-State, Texas A&M, Texas and Kansas.
1998: Sat out as a redshirt.
High School: All-district and All-State after his senior season and a candidate for the Whataburger High School All-Star game. Was also named academic All-State. His final prep squad lost in the state title game. Excelled in the classroom as well, being ranked in the top-five percent of his class. Recruited by Iowa, SMU and New Mexico State.
Personal: Born Nov. 17, 1979, in Bryan, Texas. Son of Russell and Carolyn Eaton. Posted a 4.0 grade point average as an undergraduate in management information systems and is currently pursuing a masters degree in family financial planning.
