2002: Milligan started 11 of 12 games this year at strong safety and finished the regular season with 30 tackles and one interception. He ended with four tackles, including one for loss against Oklahoma. Recorded one tackle against Baylor. Saw limited action and did not start against KU due to a broken toe. Had one pass breakup against Texas Tech before leaving the game in the first half with a foot injury. Made a season-high seven solo tackles against Texas A&M. produced two solo tackles against Nebraska. Had six stops with a forced fumble against KSU. Notched three tackles against the Longhorns. Finished with two tackles and one interception against SMU. Made one tackle for loss against UCLA. Assisted on one tackle against Northern Iowa. Finished with three solo tackles against La Tech.
2001: Milligan appeared in 10 games for Oklahoma State in 2001. His statistics included 11 total tackles. Four of those tackles came against Baylor in Waco. Milligan also intercepted two passes against the Bears.
High School: Three-sport letterman at Putnam City North. Earned three letters in football and was All-Metro and All-Big City. Also lettered in baseball and basketball.
Personal: Born Sept. 13, 1979, in Oklahoma City. Son of Mike and Candace Milligan. Has two brothers, Kerry and Kelly. Finance major at OSU.
