Houston Bowl Update

The Cowboys were on the practice field at the Houston Texans indoor facility at 8 a.m., and went through a two hour workout in shorts and shoulder pads. Tuesday's practice was shorter than Sunday and Monday sessions.
"There's a lot going today and we wanted to get our work in early," said OSU coach Les Miles after the practice. "Plus, we've got a fairly early start on Friday so it was good to get out here and get the workout in."
Tuesday's busy schedule found the Cowboys leave practice for a bowl function at Kemah Boardwalk, south of Houston. Both OSU and Southern Miss were scheduled to participate in the event.
Wednesday the Cowboys will go back to the Astrodome for a Christmas afternoon workout.
Oklahoma State and Southen Miss will face each other Friday in the Houston Bowl. Southern Miss arrived in Houston Monday afternoon.
