Brendan Daly is in his second year as a graduate assistant coach on Coach Miles staff, focusing on the offensive side.
Daly was a graduate assistant at Maryland in 2000, coaching alongside current Oklahoma State assistants Mike Gundy and Doug Mallory. He was an assistant offensive line and tight ends coach for the Terrapins in his lone season in College Park.
In 1999, Daly was the tight ends coach and assisted with the offensive line at Villanova University where he also served as the video coordinator. He began his collegiate coaching career at his alma mater, Drake University, as a graduate assistant coach in charge of tight ends.
Daly was a four-year letterwinner at tight end for Drake, where he graduated with a degree in history in 1997. He began his coaching career in 1997-98 as an assistant football coach in charge of the offensive and defensive lines at Ridgewood High in New Port Richey, Fla.
Daly was born on Sept. 10, 1975, and is single and resides in Stillwater.
