Cowboys Move to No. 1 in Wrestling Polls

W.I.N. Magazine and InterMat Wrestling released their first polls of the season with the Cowboys ranked first in each.
OSU moved into the top spot after third-ranked Iowa stunned No. 1 Minnesota, 24-11, in Minneapolis, Minn., and the second-ranked Cowboys beat Tennessee-Chattanooga, 41-6, OSU moved to No. 1.
Iowa moved into the second spot, while Minnesota fell to third. Rounding out the top five is Oklahoma and Ohio State.
The top-ranked Cowboys are next in action on Nov. 23 at the Nebraska-Omaha Open in Omaha, Neb.
