Cowgirls Compete In Cowboy Jamboree

Oklahoma State's women's cross country team competed in the 66th annual Cowboy Jamboree Saturday. The 5K course hosted 18 women's track teams including Big 12 schools Kansas, Oklahoma and Texas Tech.
Cowgirl runners who competed were juniors Catherine Clifford, Lisa Bowles, Michelle Simecka and Lindsey Hall who finished 66th, 88th, 117th and 146th respectively.
First-place honors were awarded to Georgetown with Southwest Missouri State claiming 2nd-place. First-place team runner was Jill Laurendeau of Georgetown.
