Cowgirl Harriers Host Cowboy Jamboree

Oklahoma State Women's Cross Country team will play host to the 66th annual Cowboy Jamboree on Sat. October 5, at the Oklahoma State Cross Country Course. The women's race will begin at 9:10 a.m.

Defending champion Georgetown is returning to compete this year. The Cowgirls will also compete against big 12 foes Oklahoma, Kansas and Texas Tech.

Junior Lisa Bowles, junior Catherine Clifford, junior Joanna Fedick, junior Lindsay Hall, senior Michelle Simecka and senior Vera Waller will be the competing runners for the Cowgirls.

Oklahoma State finished 2nd last year behind Georgetown. Simecka finished 51st, Fedick finished 93rd and Lindsey Hall finished 122nd for the Cowgirls a year ago.
