OSU Newcomers Report For Football

OSU's newcomers will go through two days of orientation (Saturday and Sunday) before actually taking the practice field for the first time Monday morning.
"This is always an exciting day," said OSU's second-year head coach. "It's good to get this group of student-athletes on campus. We'll take time over the next two days to make sure they know what they need to know and get the orientation they need before we take the field Monday morning."
The Cowboy newcomers are scheduled for a pair of workouts Monday, including an open session at 9:25 a.m. and a closed workout at 4:25 p.m. The schedule is the same for Tuesday before the varsity reports for Media Day and physical testing on Wednesday. The first combined workouts will begin on Thursday, August 8.
