Cowboys-Huskers To Be Broadcast On Fox Sports Net
April 14, 2003 | Cowboy Football
Oklahoma State's football game with the Nebraska Cornhuskers has been picked up by Fox Sports Net as part of the Big 12 Conference's television package, it was announced today. Kickoff for the game will be at 11:30 a.m.
The game is scheduled for a regional broadcast, but with 29 of Fox Sports' 32 regional affiliates airing the game, it will essentially act as a nationally telecast game.
The game will mark OSU's third television appearance of the season. The OSU-UCLA game and last week's Oklahoma State-Texas conference opener were both on Fox Sports. The Cowboys' game on Nov. 30 vs. Oklahoma is also scheduled to appear on Fox Sports Net.
ABC has exercised its six-day advance notification, and will select one of the following two games: Texas at Kansas State or Iowa State at Oklahoma. The other will be on Fox Sports National at 6 p.m.
