Cowboy Golf to Compete in Puerto Rico Classic

PALMER, Puerto Rico - Oklahoma State's men's golf team will return to action on Sunday when travels to the Puerto Rico Classic, being held at the the Westin Rio Mar Country Club.

The Cowboys, who are coming off a sixth-place finish at last week's Mercedes-Benz Collegiate, will begin play at the 54-hole tournament on Sunday morning at 7 a.m. CST. Eighteen holes will follow on Monday morning before Tuesday's final round.

The River Course, a par-72, 6,945-yard layout, will serve as the venue for the 18-team field that includes top-ranked Clemson and 2002 tournament champion Georgia Tech as well as Oklahoma and Texas.

OSU's five-man lineup will consist of juniors Hunter Mahan and P?r Nilsson, sophomore Alex Nor?n, redshirt freshman Zack Robinson and true freshman Chris Clarke.
