Lauren Colwell Garners Postseason Honor

STILLWATER, Okla. - Oklahoma State defender Lauren Colwell was named to the Soccer Buzz Central Region All Freshman team, it was announced by Soccer Buzz magazine. The awards are voted on by NCAA Division I coaches and the Soccer Buzz staff.

A native of Tulsa, Okla., Colwell started all 20 games and played a critical role in a Cowgirl backfield that posted five shutouts.

Oklahoma State had a record-breaking year on the field, reaching the Big 12 Tournament for the first time in program history and finishing the season with a program best 13 wins.
