The Cowgirls remain undefeated at 11-0-2 overall and 3-0-2 in conference play while Missouri is now 6-6-1 overall and 0-3-1 in league contests.
The Tigers outshot the Cowgirls 19-6, including a 8-1 margin in shots on goal.
The lone shot on target was enough for Oklahoma State to squeak by with the tie as Kim Graves found the back on the net at the 23:47 mark on an unassisted goal.
The Tigers knotted the score at 1-1 in the 76th minute of the contest on a goal from Jennifer Nobis. It was an unlucky possession for the Cowgirls as the shot hit the back post and bounced off OSU goalkeeper Kathrin Lehmann for the score.
The game remained scoreless for the final 15 minutes of regulation and the ensuing two overtime periods. Both teams managed two shots in the extra periods.
Lehmann, the reigning Big 12 Defensive Player of the Week, had seven saves in the contest.
Oklahoma State wraps up the weekend at Iowa State on Sunday, squaring off against the Cyclones at 1 p.m. in Ames, Iowa.
