* Oklahoma State's 52 points scored in the game is the most since posting 62 (62-14) against Wyoming in the 1988 Holiday Bowl.
* OSU's 471 yards of total offense is a season high.
* Oklahoma State's 45 first-half points were the most scored in the first session since at least 1976 (records on hand go back through the 1977 season). The total is also the most the Cowboys have scored in any half since tallying 45 points against Wyoming in the second half of the Holiday Bowl in 1988.
* The Cowboys' 28 second quarter points were the most they have scored in any quarter since scoring 31 in the second quarter against Southwest Missouri in 1993.
* Oklahoma State scored a season-high 17 points in the first quarter. This also marks the third time this season that OSU has scored 17 points or more in a single quarter (22 vs. La Tech in 3rd quarter; 17 vs. Northern Iowa in third quarter).
* For the second time in four games this season, Oklahoma State has held its opponent scoreless in the first quarter. It is also the first time OSU has held an opponent scoreless in the first half since blanking Northwestern State 24-0 last year.
* Rashaun Woods finished with six receptions for 92 yards (all in the first half), including a 30-yard touchdown reception. His streak of four straight 100-yard receiving games ends as Woods did not see action in the second half. He has scored 10 touchdowns in his last seven games.
* Rashaun Woods now has 1,888 career receiving yards on 141 receptions. He trails Hermann Eben (1,973) by 85 yards for second place on the OSU career receiving yards list. Tonight's game is the 22nd-straight contest that Woods has caught at least two passes.
* Josh Fields' three touchdown passes tied his career high previously set against Louisiana Tech in the first game of the season. He has thrown a touchdown pass in all four games this season and six-straight games dating back to 2001.
* Luke Phillips' 46-yard field goal in the first quarter was his longest of the season and fourth longest of his career (He had two 52 yarders and a 48 yarder last year). Phillips was successful on all seven extra-point attempts and is now 47-for-47 in his career.
* Freshman tight end Charlie Johnson's six-yard touchdown reception was the first TD of his career.
* Seymore Shaw's three touchdown runs in the first half are the most since Aso Pogi scored three against Baylor in 2000. The school record is five, set by Barry Sanders (three times) in 1988 and Terry Miller in 1976.
* John Lewis' 37-yard touchdown reception was his first of the year, as well as his longest catch of the season.
* John Wohlgemuth's 16-yard touchdown reception from Aso Pogi in the fourth quarter was the first scoring grab of his career. It was also Pogi's first touchdown pass of the season.
* Freshman receiver D'Juan Woods saw the first action of his collegiate career and caught one pass for 47 yards. Freshman linebacker Lawrence Pinson made his first-career start in place of senior linebacker Terrence Robinson. Junior tight end Matt Hardison saw his first action of the season and made the first reception of his career in the fourth quarter. In addition Michael Cox, Adonis Brewer and Matt Wakefield all saw their first action of the year.
